This hotel is a great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is excellent, situated right on a road junction next to a flyover, which makes it super convenient to get to Bali Hai Pier, the airport, and all the attractions in the surrounding areas. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with the added bonus of a balcony for those who enjoy a nice view. Breakfast is included and even caters to vegetarians.

Not near anywhere, at least 5min walk to any location, cannot take toto directly there.

During our stay we visited pattaya walking street that was 15 minutes on foot. We liked manita boutique so we would like to go back there again

Indian groups seem to sleep there on a regular basis. They were very noisy with no education. But fortunately i saw them only in the lobby area...

The air conditioner in the room upstairs was terribly noisy

We enjoyed the Christmas decorations in the lobby and the friendly staff that greeted us upon our arrival. The room was clean and had a nice view of the city. The location was perfect for those who want to avoid the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas. There was a convenience store nearby which made it easy to grab snacks and drinks.

The selection was limited and the food seemed to be sitting out for a while. The hotel was also quite noisy, as we could hear traffic from outside and even other guests in nearby rooms.

There is one area in which the hotel could improve, namely the Wi-Fi connection could be better, as it tends to require frequent login re-entry when moving from room to public area.

I had a fantastic experience at Manita Boutique. The location was perfect, close to Jomtein beach, Walking Street, and the pier to Koh Larn. The free shuttle bus to Balihai Pier was a convenient bonus. The rooms were spacious with a balcony, allowing me to enjoy the views and relax. The hotel had strong Wi-Fi, a nice pool, and a cozy atmosphere. The staff were courteous and the receptionist explained the difference between superior and deluxe rooms. I would highly recommend this hotel.
